Cutting to be Timber
We purchase logs from legal partnership of governmental company. So our factory helps the government to eradicate illegal logging in our country.

Checking the wood must be done regularly, in order to get the standard in quality and size.

Timber classification after cutting is very important to clasify the timber grade:

Grade A
Very good grain and surface for top table or front view
Grade B
Good surface for side and others part.
Grade C
Medium quality for inner or some parts that are not visible.

Treatment
Wood treatment is very important to improve and maintain the stability of wood and furniture.



At the factory we use vacuum technology for this essential treatment. The treatment of wood with chemical Bifenthrin (a pyrethroid insecticide) to protect it from decay caused by fungi and wood-destroying insects.



Chemicals penetrate deep into the wood by pressure and vacuum.The vacuum removes air from the cavity to create space for chemicals to penetrate. The chemicals are then pushed deep into the wood under high pressure.

We have 14 kiln dry chambers. Each space capacity is enough for 30M3.

The moisture level (MC) of our wood is 8- 10% which we need for our furniture manufacture. To supply all these spaces, we use new boilers with higher efficiency and quality to save more production costs.

Rough Mill
To get quality furniture products, all materials must be managed properly from the start.

We've done it from sawing wood to placing dry wood in the wood shed. At the rough mill site, we will re-check and distribute wood components according to production needs.

For example, beautiful wood grain and wood surfaces should be applied to table tops and product front displays. To avoid cracks in the wood components, the laminated board that will be used for the surface of the furniture uses pieces of wood with a maximum size of 7 cm and each surface will be of the same wood to get the same and beautiful wood grain.

Miling (Machining)
In our factory, the production process using a semi-manual machine is still needed to make shapes, curve and indentations on our products. So we can produce each of our furniture products with a good shape design.

We use jig saw and bend saw to help us make forms manually, so we will get a better form.

Mortise machines are also very important for factories that produce solid wood furniture. This machine is used to make all connections in each product section very strong.

CNC Machine & Sides
Boring Machine
CNC Machine can perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. It also can be monitoring machinery, inspecting finished products, leading test run, and making the production process faster than before.

Sides Boring Machine designed to process side boring and grooving work of work piece, divided into 3 working stations max process three work pieces in one cycle. So, we just put an object in the machine then the machine can automatically work as we expect because there are PC settings/control & infrared detection.

Our Specialization in
Assembly Site
We have our own factory original designs developed by an experienced design team. For each of our products uses GERMANY constructions, using dowel and glue technique. For each joint in the products, the strength must be ensured. The jointed panel of the products protrudes by 1 cm and then it is fixed to the hole of other panels with high-adhesive glue.

Dovetail tenon with strong structure are used to assembly for all drawers. Materials for drawer are 100% from solid wood.
